The Fast Banding, N3400 Strapping Machine is equipped standard 120v power to operate the reliable 24 volt direct drive servo motors. Servo Motors use less energy to operate over a standard electric motor and they provide incredible reliability, reducing the amount of moving parts and wear items, saving you money by reducing machine and production downtime.
For routine maintenance or cleaning, the strap path can be easily opened without tools with the new DAT (Direct Access Technology) system. With a pull of a lever the DAT system opens the machine strap path allowing you to perform routine cleaning of the strapping unit and strap track. This keeps machine downtime to a minimal!
To further decrease downtime, the FAST N3400 Banding Strapping Machine can utilize Dynaric XL coils. Dynaric XL coils are produced with the same high quality non-metallic resin used in our entire line of plastic strap. What our XL coils do have that the others coils don’t is the extra footage per coil. Less coil changes + less production down time = Quicker Return on Investment!
