<p>KB Duct provides duct with and without flanges (angle rings) in black iron, galvanized or stainless steel and with or without holes. With three production locations across the country, KB Duct can manufacture flanged duct from 3” all the way up to the size you could drive a truck through. They can manufacture lighter gauges to full-welded product in heavy gauge (even up to 1/4") - all depending upon the application. </p>
<p>Vanstone and Welded are two available options with regard to how the flanges can be utilized.</p>
<p>These elbows are made by bending and pleating a piece of duct. The non-welded style starts with an un-joined piece of duct and as the pleating takes place, the overlapping edges are pressed together on the inside of the elbow. The welded elbow starts with a piece of duct that has been continuously welded down the seam. The duct is formed the same way. The weld is on the outside radius.</p>
