Features:
• Heavy-duty steel main frame, all the main parts are enclosed, ensuring protection and perfect stability
• Heavy dut precision straight line feeding caterpillar chain type
• Feed chain with easily replaceable bolt in rubber pads
• Fully programmable position sets or infinitely variable joystick position set.
• User friendly touch screen control (free standing operators control console) enables quick learning of machine operation. Various molds of operation are shown on the screen with user friendly figures with full and easy programming capabilities and joystick control; trouble shootings are also available on the monitor screen.
• Saw blade positioning is accomplished by an industrial series servo motor and driver. Blade can move to position quickly by computer setting to match all operations.
• Blade positioning can be initiated by electronic joystick control (efficient & quick) or the touch screen controls.
• Equipped with 2 moveable blades
• The top pressure roller system is electronically positioned by a 0.5HP motor, adjusted by the up and down buttons with position readout by a scale.
• Pneumatic pressure (infinitely variable) to the top pressure rollers, mated with a pressure plate – to ensure outstanding stability during cutting and smooth feeding ability, providing optimum straight line ripping performance and comprehensive safety.
• Specially designed nickel chrome steel saw arbor has maximum stability during ripping through the firm support at end. The saw cover is controlled by a timer.
• 2 shifting saw bushings (mrs-450m2) are equipped with servo motors and drivers for most accurate and very fast saw positioning.
• Anti-kickback finger system (2 Top & 1 Bottom)
• Variable feeding speeds of 26~196 FPM (8~60m/min) is accomplished with a 5HP motor with inverter and the speed adjusted on touch screen.
• Electronic overload sensing system is integrated to the inverter feed system providing automatic speed reduction under heavy amperage load.
• Laser light alignment system improves material yield and reduces defects.
• Single fixed saw collar with saw mounted for fast accurate sure holding in any stationary position desired.
• Powered top & bottom outfeed rollers are a standard feature. The powered roll system facilitates positive flow of the stock through the gang saw and onto outfeed conveyors or transfers.
• Mechanical lubricator adjusts oil volume according to the chain speed.
• Automatic star-delta starter (low amperage soft start) and low voltage controls.
• All electrical components are CE / CSA approved (Standard Telemecanique, Delta, Omron components).
