The Dotul 5' x 12' Face Frame Assembly Table, MT-110-512, is a heavy duty assembly table that utilizes sliding arms that put downward pressure on the face frame joints. Movable side clamps can be placed in position to give side clamping pressure while the operator screws the face frames together or assembles a cabinet door.
Features Include:
Heavy duty tube frame construction – supports the sliding arms and reduces any frame movement from the clamps.
Ergonomically angled work surface – helps reduce operator fatigue.
Large work area – multiple frames or cabinet doors can be assembled using the optional 2nd clamping arm.
Easy to move sliding clamp arms – accurately and easily position the arms and clamps over the face frame joints.
Additional Features Recently Added:
1. Foot pedal to activate the clamps. (Clamps have individual on/off switches also)
2. Movable lower fence which allows the operator to position narrower face frames higher up to make screwing the face frames together more comfortable.
3. All Dotul MT-110 Face Frame Tables are 20° from vertical, so you don't have to lean over as far which makes it easier on the back.
